well I think it was foreseeable but I don't think anyone believed that it would actually happen. You have to ask yourself why they would throw a massive part of the capital into the unlisted mess that HML is in, despite the obvious negative market sentiment toward it? The only answer I can come up with is they are desperately trying to stop the whole JB ship from sinking.
