And note a " virtual " AGM...so hard questions easier to dodge!!
Pretty ordinary, but listing and compliance costs are very significant- but I don't know if they use that as a reason for doing it. I think they did mention compliance costs but not listing costs...... in terms of mentioning that the market was not valuing the shares high enough!!....... well, the proposed delisting surely hasn't helped!!
