may I ask your logic for that statement as I’ve interpreted the market response in the opposite way? I see the large sell down and fall in price as a sign that holders view the prospect of an unlisted company as highly negative and hence feel the need to get out now at almost any price.
surely if ‘the market’ supported the proposal the price would rise?
