Why has the board in the negatives of resolution 5, completely failed to truthfully tell shareholders, that if TCN de-lists , there will be magnitudes more difficulty in realising the value of the $53m in accrued tax losses. This represents $14m in future tax savings, that nearly all long term shareholders have seen as part of the valuation available to them in purchasing TCN shares.
Why is the board putting that at risk , for no clearly articulated and presented benefit. All shareholders should vote against it, or perhaps the board to show they are pro-active, and listening to their shareholders, should withdraw the resolution.
