Obvious reasoning to the de-merger, is to list MOG and er a different entity to attract a new shareholder base and attempt to boost S/P, in anticipation for further C/R when applicable for there drilling campaign, it appears post ARTEMIS the s/p has declined dramatically to record lows. The Demerger could be a positive turning point for there future Endeavors, we await and see in the new year....
