There was no need to hire this guy purely for a capital raise, so, there must be more to it. And, I wonder if the source of an acquisition may not be from where we initially suspected...
Maybe it's not as imminent as we may have suspected, who knows, but the raise may also show company isn't under pressure to acquire....ah, I don't know....all a mystery, welcome to hear other views
