Yeah I hear you, this release merely outlining what - just a vanilla CR? Last nights ann hiring a financial pro specialising in complex equity models then on the surface a run of the mill raise would seem conflicted. Then saying the board changes will be made after the recapitalisation has taken place but aren’t they hiring him to carry out this very task? So many references during the year of recapitalisation, one mentioned acquisitions etc - there must be more to this. Unless it is just a vanilla cr to keep the lights on then the bigger structural changes later which imo would be a goal post shift considering the colour of their prior correspondence to the market. The way I had it figured was sure there was a CR coming but in it a restructure with a JV linked to a project vend in or something along those lines. Maybe communicating isn’t their forte and it’ll all be crystal clear Monday but this one just got a bit murky but hey if it still pans out we’ll be smiling but it’s not for the feint hearted….bbaaahhh!!
