I don't mind those incentives, but they have to be balanced. It is not clear whether the directors will take those options as part of their salaries, or if those will be added to their current salaries. If it is the former, then I am OK with that, otherwise no.
The range of 40% and 74% is fair. We all know that the share price is undervalued, but the price is the price. I will wait for more information about the details to then make a decision on how to vote. Having directors loaded with shares is good, as they have more skin in the game, but the mechanism should not be abused. I will see if the salaries will be reduced and partially replaced with share options. Getting options for free is a big no-no in my opinion.
