I agree @ solidbricks, I would like to see performance based incentives as well. I do like that SM is getting out and about to spread the word. The last 3 anouncement's have been very positive. It appears that there is some renewed interest in the stock. Let's see how the market reacts and if it will be sustained. Fundamentally this is a cracker and it looks like the potential is slowly being un earthed with the upcoming drill programmes.
