Is there a possibility that the noteholder pulled the rug due to them not meeting some covenant within the note. Then the decision came to sell LEL
however by doing so cross holdings/admin fees may decrease.
On reflection are they waiting for a JV announcement for LEL with its price appreciation vs sale of Iron ore. or is it just crappy and somehow
shareholders are getting shafted. Only in the next month we will know as LEL may need to raise shortly and at what price?
