Wow... Something not quite right here.

Are we really meant to believe that a project with all approvals currently in place to start mining immediately (pretty much turnkey), an IO price currently almost hitting A$210/t, a project that supposedly had an NPV of over $100m at an IO price of around A$150 and with an IO price of around A$190 would produce net cash flow of over $300m in 3.5 years, that somehow it's now only worth $20m.

Again wow. I will definitely be voting no for this and would urge everyone else to take the time and do the same.
