I think they (CZR) still plan on transhipment for what it's worth.
yep management botched it, SRK/FEX were level in mine development then it took them an eternity to put a road to mine camp (approvals issues) and build camp. IO started coming down and the modelling assumptions were wrong as b/e indicates they should be up and mining now. I rang William months ago to ask him how the costings worked and why they weren't mining now but never got a clear answer only the new port would bring them down the cost curve.
I think they (CZR) still plan on transhipment for what it's...
