Personally, i'm waiting to go through Prospectus this time, for two reasons:
1. Last time i bought in before the take over was finalised, i.e ATG, got screwed over in SP decline when it fell through last minute. i noticed the ones that held out for prospectus buy-in were covered by a refund.
2. Buying from the prospectus gives the funding support to the company, so this thing can actually get off the ground! - as opposed to just changing hands with people that want out.
