Much excitement here but this is a very underwhelming announcement.
So, we swap Nobles $2.4m debit for equity at todays value
So, we enter into another placement to obtain the $1.7m at todays value
So, we issue 476,000,000 to Mr T at 2.1c (call it todays value)
For not a lot of gain.
If many believe that we were due for a re-rate on near newsflow and progress then why would be happy that so many shares are given away for so little gain??????????????????
Much excitement here but this is a very underwhelming...
