I would agree whole heartedly. AKM cant go in and just "shoplift the booty". If the country/govt isnt to benefit, they gave no incentive to push it through. A vested interest gives them the desire, and u suspect that MrT isnt in this to donate money due to an overwhelming sense of benevelance..
It was never AKM's intention to retain a huge 90% stake... more like 30%.. coz 30% of virtually guranteed billions is a sheet load better than 100% of a great idea.
Palms must be greased....its just how things work
