Alot to digest in this announcement with lots of substantial underlying information and new milestones. I see this announcement as a key moment for the business as it adds another path of news flow that will de-risk the business as they meet requirements. For mine the key points where

from as milestones are meet

# Existing rail capacity available to aspire 3-4 mt which is a key indicator that the required freight capacity
for the rail is achievable and on the horizon.

to be a precursor to rail approval.
