Have a substantial holding in ADT but will not increase my exposure at this price. This was very poorly handled i think. No prospective underwriters? Hardly any wonder. That said a great opportunity for a prospective suitor to get a foothold onto the Register at a steeply discounted price to what you would think it would command if/when they can get ADT humming. I suspect it'll trade below the offer price in coming days.......unfortunately deservedly so. Sentiment changed from Buy to Hold for the first time since I've held.
