Shocking isn't it? I was just about to write something in praise of the refreshing forthrightness of the quarterly, then they release this. I'm pretty sure the ASX rules governing performance shares cannot be retrospective, but they say:
"8M options are to be issued to senior staff and directors in recognition of the exceptional, additional services which senior staff and directors have performed"
That's past tense, i.e. against the rules.
If the company has great prospects, why don't senior staff and directors buy on market?
