Was there a point to quoting that text? You've asked some [stupid] vague questions and made some baseless (as in, what evidence backs up your statements) remarks that seem to be insinuating something sinister.
Are you trying to claim that you are being defamed by those statements? I'm pretty sure that the HC guidelines around defamation refer to posts about companies, not other posters. I've seen people on here call others "retarded" (amongst other things) and at worst they get moderated as flaming or baiting. And besides - "actual truth" is a defence against defamation claims, and the poster who stated that you were asking stupid questions and making baseless claims would only have to show your unsubstantiated posts to claim the actual truth defence.
Maybe I've misunderstood your reason for quoting that text, in which case I'd extend "stupid and baseless" to "stupid, baseless and vague".
