Buyers are wary after the selling - a little patience and consolidation will see interest return. Nothing has changed with the fundamentals. No doubt it's upsetting and frustrating for those who have bought high or held through the recent sell downs. Also, the brokers selling has capped each price rise - with them out of the way we'll see a much better re-rate on news.
