A very small anecdotal point to add to one of yours (note that I wasn't at the preso).  From a previous life, I know a little of Technip.  They are the real deal in EPC contracts for various offshore and onshore oil & gas projects worth hundreds of billions of dollars.  As an example, they are trusted by the supermajors in a variety of jurisdictions to do the most complex EPC projects transporting oil out of the deepest water worldwide.  The French Halliburton or Schlumberger, might be a decent description. In my opinion, their endorsement is substantial, and I can imagine it would be a persuasive data point for a major chemical or other market player seeking out a solution.
