Conversations were about right, when I talked to him he did say the metallurgy was the key I think in reference to this project, so this does make some sense assuming the govt JV partner is on board, with some funds from the arbitration and an investor coming in it's certainly plausible. Happy with my simple strategy of selling the heads and keeping the oppies from the raise at a grand loss of brokerage fees. Potential for a x1000 with no downside risk to the capital injected doesn't hurt. Should've taken more in the placement but hey that's hindsight for you. In the long run it's all about %age gains on the winners.
