- sux to take ~18 months to work out they can't get La Dem offtakes
- good to have a clearer direction to getting La Dem investment/investment partner
- sux that this is now the third attempt to have a profitable La Dem plan (first offtake fail, then adding antimony and failing again, now... )
- good to get back to feeling that la Dem will actually get built
- sux that we had to engage others to find us a viable plan
- REALLY sux to now be another 12+ months down the road

All said though, the announcement has promise for La Dem, which is more than I have had for a long time. I figured was mothballed based on much easier NS mine focus.
