Hi Gassed. I'm invested in both already and have been on and off EGO for a few years now. My investment here now is minimal but it does seem like a win win for both parties even if SBN has to pay more now. They have nothing else on the table and I'm sure the shareholders here would happily jump on board if EGO has what we think they have going on.
