Just had a look back at this stock from around 2015-19 and it seems theaverage it was trading at around that time was approx. 15 x ffo(funds from operations)and this number varied b/w 14x and 16.5x over that same period. Still some goodupside in this one. One of the very few reits as well as scg that still hasvalue. Surprised the market hasn’t caught on to it fully yet. Sure it might of ralliedin the past for for a bit but it needs to stay at those levels and move higher.Based on historic trends this should be at least trading at a minimum $1.86 andhigher. The recent announcement with asset revals coming in at -1.2% and still low gearing is all a positive in the right direction for vcx. Still a buy imo and has some good value left.
