Often its hard to value a specy Katy. In this case, I'd say it pretty easy. There is a very high likelihood the stock is worthless. Already the mkt cap is $17m if what I see here on hotcopper is accurate. It will go lower on this news which is just saying they need to raise $10m equity. Your talking very heavy dilution even if they can pull it off. Its been distressed for a while sadly, hence the bank's pretty harsh approach here. Its a shame that many small shareholders yet again lose their cash. Some of the dreams of bond issues, strategic investors, even share buy backs are not really fair play in my view. Oh well. Lets see what Paul has to say.
