Well, PGI do mention that they may merge with the owner of the US gold deposit, so maybe Las Laguna will be hived into a separate company that the Chinese can own a controlling interest & the new US partnership pays them for refining or sets up its own plant. I guess until the fine detail is revealed if it goes ahead then we won't know for sure but a partial buyout will involve a premium i'd say.
