All good points however is no one the least, even tiniest bit worried that the CEO can give himself potentially 17M shares at a price which he thinks is good after just a short time being listed where he made 25M for selling down his stake. He didnt need to sell down his stake a if the business is so great. For me I would prefer to see Dean as he already sits on 65% of the companies equity focused on driving the business and not seeking more options for himself ?
