    Good points... it's quite complicated... you could say they are raising for free if oppies expire next year... that's 200k to NOR with no dilution...

    "Do you not think it would be more appropriate to have a raising that all shareholders could participate in?"

    I think new oppies due to exceptional circumstances (COVID) are fair... but my opinion doesn't matter as I hold options... I'll let shareholders decide...
