Right now the Company is proposing issuing options at .002 to a select cohort of people, some of whom may not even be shareholders. Those people, if the share price does get above 8c are looking at a windfall at the expense of current non-NOROA shareholders who rather than receiving a windfall will see their portfolio depreciate 30+%.
