The disadvantaging to existing non-NOROA holders will occur even if the proposed options never get into the money. They should be given the same opportunity to profit but they aren't.

As far as your argument that existing non-NOROA shareholders would be happy if the share price triples of course they would be. If that happens it will have nothing to do with whether the options exist or not.

I suspect most shareholders would be happy if NOR just ceased being illiquid.
