It's states that TNG has successfully recruited exceptional personnel for the benefit of shareholders.

Maybe they need to have a carrot dangling.... key personnel have left over the passed few years without mention.
IF only PBs salary was based on sp performance.... we'd have a few million more in funds and less dilution...I believe he's had his fair share of advanced performance with his salary.
I'll interested to see the spin just before this years AGM if nothing significant has happened before now and then.

What I'd like to see is a well overdue boardroom radio interview with PB answering questioned raised by shareholders and not rehearsed ones from himself. social distancing wouldn't be a problem..
