If you read the conditions closely you might reckon that Mgmt tries to reward themselves for very normal business milestones in these kind of projects. And mind, these shares will be free of charge (they won’t put a single dime of their own money into the company but will happily take yours) for a three years period! (Which basically gives you a timeframe now)
