Frankly G reads as "I got the market cap over $300m for a short time years ago and got a bonus for it, then the share price has been f**** ever since and you shareholders lot with it while I collected half a mil a year during many years of slow grind progress and now as a thank you gesture to no one but myself I want to be rewarded with more shares for the same target I couldn't maintain back then"
