    If there was an "achieved by X date" clause it would make it a lot more palatable for shareholders

    If they were to sign off binding agreements in 2022 or commence ground-breaking activities in 2024 I wouldn't consider it a performance to be rewarded, yet with no timelines the Rights are just freebies for whenever that may happen
