Employees and management can be rewarded when there is a nameplate production facility working.
Not before.
Not to do your job - for which you are already well paid.
ESPECIALLY not for PB on his ridiculous salary the last decade.

Reward schemes are for when shareholders are WELL in the money. Not before.

My vote may only be symbolic due to PB's giveaways to protect himself but I'll keep voting that way.
I guess we CAN look forward to the annual pre AGM bait for shareholder approval yet again though.
