re: Ann: Proposed grant of Securities to Empl... 1 million fully paid to chairman seems a bit rich, trust it is in the best interest of all shareholderes i.e. is relatively better than the previous Pan African agreement mentioned.
Does anyone know the nature of this Pan African agreement, are then any other 'agreements'?
