I think this proposal is preposterous. It reflects a lack of belief in the company. Those hurdles are nothing compared to the possible outcome of the stockprice in the near term. Good money wasted on a single person who already earns a lot of money a year. Give him 500.000 shares for the proposed hurdles, that would be fair. Or set the hurdles higher, in line of the target price set forward by the last analysis of 2.25 dollar.
