20 million shares at 35 cents is 6.8 million (yes I know they don't all vest at that price but still just to place a value on it).
I will definitely email the board voicing my opinion and intent to vote no if the incentive plan remains as is. I've got less than a million shares but I honestly think this is crap as far as an incentive scheme goes. I guess they waited til now thinking people would be overjoyed that the share price is back to where it was pre cap raise and want to throw money in the air? ☺
Something like 5 mill at mining licence awarded by August, 5 at 100%off-take secured by end of 2021, 5 at first customer shipment by 2023 and I'd be much happier. And throw the extra bonus well done for taking so long to get to this point 5 mill bonus shares in the bin.
Hope I won't be the only one, that'll be a bit embarrassing
. Not saying I am unhappy with progress while I've been holding, since April last year (I am more than happy with progress since then), but I don't think it actually makes sense given how long it took to get to that point.
