    I agree entirely bsumisu. I respect the CEO greatly, I believe he has done a wonderful job to date and is the right man to lead the project to production but that incentive scheme is outrageous for this stage of the project, especially without any clear goals or performance structure. I mean that would be over 20% of the most recent capital raise.
