what happens if some of the farmers cannot afford RFF's 4% yearly rent increase? everyone thinks it will be easy if a farmer cant afford this increase, we just kick them off the land and lease it to a new farmer right? well what if its not that easy anymore and farmers start walking away because they see its uneconomical for them to toil all day like a slave and make very little at the end of the year.
