Most forms of arrhythmias occur naturally outside the clinic, resulting often in severe diagnoses not being made in due course, with a direct impact on the health of the patient.
By recording the patient's symptom rate, PRIZMA helped me diagnose forms of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, preventing future strokes, supraventricular tachycardias, spontaneous arrhythmia, while it offered enormous contribution to monitoring and titrating medication for patients with heart disease.
I believe PRIZMA is an essential tool for the patient and the doctor.

I was recently acquainted with the Prizma device and I am indeed impressed.
I have already used it for a number of different patients with paroxysmal and worrisome symptoms, in whom Holter monitoring is unlikely to properly diagnose any arrhythmias, due to the infrequent nature of their episodes.
The Prizma device has offered accurate ECG recording with immediate reportingto myself through email and therefore immediate communication with the patient.
Most cases were diagnosed with sinus tachycardia of benign causes and therefore offered reassurance; which I believe is extremely important for someone with symptoms to be able to continue their daily routine as normal.
One patient however was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, a potentially life-threatening arrhythmia and was therefore initiated on appropriate treatment for cardiovascular protection.
