Once there’s an announcement of a financing deal HAV could easily be be trading at 50c-$1 since it’d no longer be a cash strapped explorer with money in the ground and no way to get it out, the market will actually value to some extent Kalkaroo as a whole plus other assets that could be developed too.

it’s fair enough to be pessimistic about anything happening but it sounds like a stupid point to say you’ll invest, you’re basically stating that you want to wait until the major money making by investors has already happened before you invest.
