    I think your not investigating the history and governance in the final annual report on equity remuneration.

    Last financial year only 50% remuneration rights for executives and 65% for Gary were achieved at about a value of $400,000 the rest expired at $0. This can be reviewed on page 12 of 64 in the equity remuneration and note 30 section 6.

    The new 12 millions shares would be classified at 100% for 2022. If they hit 100% in 2022 I believe that would include Phase two 5505 success. The share price will rerate and its a huge gain for shareholders and staff should be also rewarded appropriately for that success.

    eg 50% success @ 10 cents = $600K
    100% success @ 20 cents = $2.4 mill
    100% success @ 30 cents = $3.6 mill

    I believe these options aligns their interest with ours to have the share price rise as much as possible and to hit KPI's and milestones into 2022
