    20 day VWAP is the key. 20 days is effectively a trading month. If you look at the recent highs there were only ten days when the SP was 35 cents or above, followed by six days when it touched 35 cents and closed below. The rest were 34 cents and below.

    A month at 35 cents and above is a solid re-rate/uptrend related to performance.

    As usual, when it gets down to these levels, it gets snaffled up. Took a few more myself.
