I think we can only go on the news we have, not the news we hope for (hopium!).
I, personally, believe a market cap of 400-500m may be suitable for alpha. in such case, a market cap of nearly 300m is not a bad performance target for 3 years.
if the east tennant delivers, then yes, these targets will be a lowball joke. but we presently don't have east tenant. we presently only have alpha.
and if I was a director, I wouldn't want my performance goals based on some prospective behemoth delivering.
all IMO, dyor. etc etc
