Say, at cost price - so Lodge get paid to pay the salary costs for their people directly involved in the job + keep the lights on and pay the lease for their office. Any markup on those costs + overheads to generate profit to the business is being forgone for the options. Which at a ~100% premium to the current SP and not much more than 12 months until expiry, suggests to me that whatever Lodge is going to be doing is intended to put a fire under the SP.

One does hope they are not in charge of a share consolidation say 1 for 2....Strike price wouldn't be so interesting then....
