I think it would be unlikely for anyone to get away with a low-ball offer (unless there is an attempt at a hostile takeover) which is equally unlikely.
All good and well to get a professional assessment of our true value, but I maintain that if we have two or more bidders in an auction environment then it will be very difficult to put an upper limit on what we will be worth post 20nm.
It seems likely to me that we would have more than one interested party if we have further success. Having a base price would be more of a curiosity for me than anything else. Either way, it will be a hard task to put a valuation on our IP.
