Mainly opportunistic in that the properties produced, of which some were unexpected, potentially leads to a product more suited to an AI opportunity. Had the non-platform lots displayed these characteristics they would have been spruiking AI previously.....but they were not, yet the AI market still existed (see brainchip etc).
But of course, not an opportunistic pivot as you claim and foolish for me to suggest it was...
