looks like Ting cracked the verbal with DM and got 20m oppies as a please dont leave. They dont vest until next year and the year after to make sure Ting stays for at least one more year if he wants at least 10m oppies.
Looks like DM is on the hot seat, at least knows the anger with him. No wonder the preso was much more informative and DM was shaven and had his hair combed
